VinDetailing Policies We value your time and trust, and these policies help ensure every client receives the best service and experience possible. Please review before booking your appointment. Deposit & Payment: -A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. -Remaining balance is due upon completion of service. -We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.). -Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s size and condition. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. -Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit. -No-shows will be required to pay in full before scheduling future appointments. Vehicle Condition: -Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. -Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, or heavily soiled interiors. -We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is unsafe or in extreme condition. Satisfaction & Warranty: We take pride in every vehicle and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All ceramic coatings and PPF installations are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable. Proper aftercare and maintenance are the client’s responsibility to ensure the longevity of coatings and films. Liability: VinDetailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, electrical issues, or mechanical failures discovered during service.
