Terms of Service

Welcome to VinDetailing! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including appointments, online bookings, and any other related activities at our shop located in Santa Clarita, CA. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

  • VinDetailing Services

    1. VinDetailing provides window tint and detailing services to clients that are interested in Madera.

    2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

    3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (559) 288-1790.

    4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Appointments and Bookings

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. Please provide accurate information during booking.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients.

 

2. Services and Pricing

  • Service Details: We offer a range of window tint and detailing services for different areas of the body. Please refer to our website or contact us for a full list of services.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and additional fees may apply.

  • Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or medications that may affect their service.

 

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and select digital payment platforms. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss possible resolutions.

 

4. Client Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

  • Age Restrictions: Clients under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent for services.

 

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. 

6. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you agree to release VinDetailing, its employees, and contractors from any liability for injuries, reactions, or other issues resulting from the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects caused by window tint and detailing services. VinDetailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damages, undisclosed issues, or contraindications.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying clients directly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
